Camera Ready Submission
All accepted papers of the ISGTA 2025 Symposium will be published by Springer and indexed by Scopus. Authors must register their paper before November 11, 2025 and submit camera-ready files before November 8, 2025. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the proceedings and final program.
Camera Ready Paper
Prepare the final version by applying reviewers’ comments and following the current Springer guidelines. Use the correct ISGTA 2025 template. Only MS Word template is accepted; LaTeX is not accepted.
Similarity Check Requirement
The similarity index must be below 15% and 0% for AI. Papers exceeding this limit will not be considered by Springer.
Number of Pages
The total number of pages is strictly limited to 12 pages. This is mandatory and no extra pages are permitted.
Registration
At least one author must register and pay the full registration fee by the deadline in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings.
Naming and Submission
Use the paper ID received from Microsoft CMT. Name files according to the required format using your PaperID.
Copyright Form
Only the corresponding author must complete and sign the copyright form, then save it as: IAGTA_Copyright_PaperID.pdf
Author Information
Fill in the corresponding author information file and save it as:
ISGAIE_PaperID.xlsx
Do not convert it to PDF.
Upload Required Files
Upload one zipped file in Microsoft CMT and also send the same zipped file by email to: lahby@ieee.org
Deadlines
- Camera-ready submission: November 8, 2025
- Paper registration: November 11, 2025
- Eligibility: Only compliant and registered papers will be considered for publication

Only papers meeting all submission requirements and registered by November 11, 2025 will be eligible for publication in the Springer book series. The final decision remains subject to Springer’s quality review.
